<p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled Python Backend Developer with a strong background in designing, building, and scaling backend systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Python frameworks, SaaS architecture, cloud services, and modern AI/ML integrations.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Python Build and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and manage SaaS multi-tenant solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate AI/ML tools such as OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Rasa.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement asynchronous programming (async/await, asyncio, Celery).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) in a microservices setup.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure application security : encryption, RBAC, compliance (SOC2, GDPR).<br/><br/></p><p>- Write and maintain unit tests, ensure high code quality, and support CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience in Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise with FastAPI (preferred), Django, or Flask.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of SaaS architecture & microservices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience with databases and vector databases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Practical knowledge of AI/ML integrations in real-world applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong command of asynchronous programming.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and excellent communication.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
